what makes neapolitan pizza different from NY style pizza?
Neapolitan pizza is known for being tender, light, and moist , with a fluffy, slightly crisp crust . The middle of the pie is often softer, rather than the NY “no-flop.” Neapolitan pizza is traditionally eaten with a knife and fork. Ours has a slight twist to the traditional Neapolitan as we add some gourmet toppings to the base, therefore, its Neapolitan “style” pizza.
How is the dough made & Cooked?
Our pizza is cooked in a high temperature brick oven, giving the coveted leopard look, with the larger airy crust. The dough is hand , fermented, and stretched to 12”, then topped with the finest ingredients.
